It is full of acronyms, assumes you know how underwriting works, and skips the questions beginners actually have. We built GoDSCR for everyone else: the teacher buying a first duplex, the self-employed designer whose tax returns do not show what they really earn, the couple who just closed on rental #1 and wants a plan for #2.
What we do
GoDSCR is a mortgage broker. We do not lend money. We arrange and shop business-purpose DSCR financing from wholesale lenders, compare the programs that fit your scenario, and explain the tradeoffs so you can choose with confidence. Then we keep the process moving from application through closing.
