Every loan is subject to the lender's or investor's own underwriting, approval and terms, which can change without notice. Nothing on this website is a commitment to lend, a loan offer or a rate quote.
Business-purpose loans only
We only arrange business-purpose loans secured by non-owner-occupied investment property. We do not arrange loans for personal, family or household purposes, and we do not arrange financing for a home that you or your family will occupy. Borrowers are asked to certify the business purpose and non-owner-occupancy of each loan.
